Aiming Wang
General Manager
Aiming Wang is a seasoned expert with extensive experience in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry. Since 2000, he has been deeply involved in this field, holding key positions at the leading heat pump company, Amitime, including production management, quality control, after-sales service, and domestic marketing. During this time, he built a broad customer base in the Chinese market and gained valuable experience in product manufacturing and factory management.
Leveraging his rich industry experience and deep market insights, Aiming Wang founded Suoher in 2014. The company is dedicated to creating a more efficient and high-quality heat pump manufacturing base, aiming to provide superior solutions through technological innovation and excellent operations. Under his leadership, Suoher has quickly become one of the top players in the industry.
Howard Qi
Technical Director
Since 1996, Howard Qi has been dedicated to the air conditioning and refrigeration industry, initially serving as the Quality Director at Midea Air Conditioning. Leveraging his exceptional expertise and leadership, in 2007, he shifted his focus to the design, development, and manufacturing of heat pump products. With a wealth of experience in product design, Howard has successfully spearheaded the innovation and development of multiple series of heat pumps, including full DC inverter heat pump, ultra-low temperature heating heat pump, swimming pool heat pump, and water (ground) source heat pump systems. Committed to advancing technology, he continuously strives for more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly solutions, aiming to enhance performance while reducing energy consumption.
Guohua Li
Quality Director and Chief Engineer of Electric Control Modules
In 1999, Guohua Li embarked on his career in the heat pump and air conditioning industry, becoming one of the pioneering engineers and technicians in China's burgeoning heat pump sector. Armed with a dual degree in electronic engineering from South China University of Technology, he has amassed a wealth of experience in the design of control systems. He spearheaded the development of China's first full DC inverter solution as well as an innovative overlapping unit control scheme. His expertise in these areas is both profound and distinctive, marked by a deep understanding and unique perspective. Committed to advancing the field, Li is dedicated to the creation of increasingly intelligent and reliable control systems.
Liming Wang
Procurement Director
Liming Wang entered the heat pump industry in 2014, taking charge of raw material procurement and cost management. He is well-versed in the procurement channels for heat pump-related accessories and raw materials, and has an in-depth understanding of the quality standards and cost structures of various components and materials. By strictly controlling the quality and costs of heat pump accessory suppliers, he ensures the high cost-effectiveness of Suoher's products.
